Online Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Online Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Review available copies of eStatements and tax information. • Make bill payments from your checking account using the Bill Pay service. Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Loan Agreement and Disclosures.
Teacher Contracts A. Contracts for the employment of teachers shall be of two types: Limited Contracts and Continuing Contracts.
UNE Port/Loop Combinations 5.3.1 Combinations of port and loop unbundled Network Elements along with switching and transport unbundled Network Elements provide local exchange service for the origination or termination of calls. Port/loop combinations support the same local calling and feature requirements as described in the Unbundled Local Switching or Port section of this Attachment and the ability to presubscribe to a primary carrier for intraLATA toll service and/or to presubscribe to a primary carrier for interLATA toll service.
SUB-CONTRACTS (a) The Servicer may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Section 3.2(b)):

PROHIBITION ON CONTRACTS WITH COMPANIES BOYCOTTING ISRAEL CERTIFICATION As required by Chapter 2271 of the Texas Local Government Code the Contractor must verify that it 1) does not boycott Israel; and 2) will not boycott Israel during the term of the Contract. Pursuant to Section 2271.001, Texas Government Code:
NON-STATE AGENCIES PARTICIPATION IN CENTRALIZED CONTRACTS New York State political subdivisions and others authorized by New York State law may participate in Centralized Contracts. These include, but are not limited to local governments, public authorities, public school and fire districts, public and nonprofit libraries, and certain other nonpublic/nonprofit organizations. See "Participation in Centralized Contracts" in Appendix B, General Specifications January 2015 22772 Project Based Information Technology Consulting (Statewide). Upon request, all eligible non-State agencies must furnish Contractors with the proper tax exemption certificates and documentation certifying eligibility to use State contracts. Management Contracts The Recipient agrees that from the date hereof until the date on which none of the Infrastructure Bonds, of which the proceeds were used to pay or reimburse the costs of the Project, remain outstanding (the "Agreement Term"):
PUBLIC CONTRACTS WITH NATURAL PERSONS 24-76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S. Contractor, if a natural person eighteen (18) years of age or older, hereby swears and affirms under penalty of perjury that Contractor (i) is a citizen or otherwise lawfully present in the United States pursuant to federal law, (ii) shall comply with the provisions of §§24-76.5-101, et seq., C.R.S., and (iii) has produced one form of identification required by §24-76.5-103, C.R.S. prior to the Effective Date of this Contract.
Inclusion in Subcontracts To the extent any of the services required of CONTRACTOR under this Agreement are subcontracted to a third party, CONTRACTOR shall include all of the provisions of this Paragraph 19 in all such subcontracts as obligations of the subcontractor.
