Risks to Pregnant or Breastfeeding staff. (i) Where a staff member is pregnant or breastfeeding and, in the opinion of a registered medical practitioner a risk assessment of the workplace and work related activities is necessary, the supervisor will arrange for the assessment and, by agreement with the staff member, will temporarily adjust the staff member’s working conditions, duties, or hours of work in order to avoid exposure to the risk.
