Chief Stewards leave of absence with current pay, benefits and without loss of seniority will be granted to one (1) chief stewards for up to a combined maximum total of three (3) days per year to deal with Collective Agreement related problems on the work sites within the contract area. Further leaves will be granted as required as per Clause 2.10(a)(2).

The Vice-President The Vice President shall have such powers and perform such duties as the Member may from time to time prescribe or as the President may from time to time delegate to him or her.
