Roll-Off Boxes. Contractor shall provide clean Roll-off Boxes upon request, free from graffiti, and equipped with reflectors. Each Roll-off Box placed in City by Contractor shall have the name and phone number of Contractor in letters not less than three inches high on the exterior of the Container so as to be visible when the Container is placed for use. Contractor shall remove graffiti at no additional charge from any Roll-off Box within one Business Day of request by City or Customers. Contractor shall properly cover all open Roll-off Boxes during Transport as required by the State Vehicle Code.

Roll-Off Boxes. Contractor shall provide metal Roll-Off Boxes of 10 cubic yard, 20 cubic yard and 40 cubic yard sizes for regular use by select Commercial and Industrial Premises and for temporary use by any Premises in District. Contractor shall cover Roll-Off Boxes during transport to prevent the release of litter and debris.
Roll-Off Boxes. The Company will provide 10 roll-off box hauls to the City at no additional charge for the purpose of code enforcement and blight abatement within the City. The Company will deliver the boxes within the City as requested by the City. The Company will provide information for code enforcement to discourage the placement of hazardous materials in these abatement boxes; City will be responsible for any hazardous materials placed in the abatement boxes. Should the City decide not to implement this program, it may use the 10 roll-off box hauls for other clean- up programs or for the City’s use.
