Missed Pickups. Upon notification by Customer or City, Franchisee shall Collect any missed pickup which had been properly and timely placed for Collection within 24 hours of said notice.
Missed Pickups. All missed pick-ups must be resolved within the business day following the complaint, including Saturday.
Missed Pickups. The Contractor may be charged Liquidated Damages for non-compliant missed pickups, area-wide missed pickups, and administrative non-compliance, in accordance with Liquidated Damages.

Should the Company’s video show that the Customer did not set out the Containers in their service location in time for Collection, the Customer will have the opportunity to pay for a return trip (per Rate in Exhibit 3) or wait until their next Service Day. If the Company cannot show that the Containers were not in their service location in time for Collection, the Company shall return for the material as provided in the previous paragraph, for no additional charge.
