Sheet Metal Work in Connection with Roofing It is agreed by the Employer that all Sheet Metal work in connection with a contract shall be performed by Sheet Metal Worker; who are members of the Local Union having jurisdiction of the project except in the case of the common drip edge which shall be installed by Roofers as in the present prac- xxxx. It is further agreed that where the Roofing Contrac- tor has no Sheet Metal Department in connection with his firm, he shall sublet the Sheet Metal work to a company who is signatory to an agreement with and employing members of the Sheet Metal Workers’ In- ternational Association having jurisdiction of the Project.

  • Continuing Contract 10.3.3.1 The second contract for a regular faculty member is the continuing contract for continuing employment. A continuing contract will not be offered to any faculty member who is not deemed to have a Master's degree or equivalent in accordance with the agreed criteria. Those faculty members having a continuing appointment as of August 1975 will not be affected by this clause.
