Rippable Rock Rippable rock is defined as any material that can be ripped with a single-tooth hydraulic ripper drawn by a crawler tractor having a minimum draw bar pull rated at not less than 56,000 pounds (Caterpillar D-8K or equivalent) and occupies an original volume of at least one cubic yard.
Trench Rock Trench rock is defined as any material that must be removed from a trench that cannot be excavated with a hydraulic excavator having a bucket curling force rated at not less than 18,300 pounds (Caterpillar Model 215 or equivalent) and occupies an original volume of at least one-half cubic yard.
CURVE WIDENING The minimum widening placed on the inside of curves is: 6 feet for curves of 50 to 79 feet radius. 4 feet for curves of 80 to 100 feet radius.
Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering will be located on the generator side of the 115kV breaker at the Xxxxx Solar Collector Substation and will consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model ABB/Xxxxxxx KXM-550, GE Grid Solutions KOTEF 000.XX, or other equivalent specified by Connecting Transmission Owner); and • one (1) revenue meter. The ratios of the CTs and VTs will be provided by Connecting Transmission Owner upon its review of the Interconnection Customer’s design documents. Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

Wet Weather In the event of wet weather, work in the open will continue until the particular work in hand can no longer be done safely and efficiently. Whilst it is raining, employees will be required to: Continue to work under cover or relocate to alternative work under cover, on site. Obtain materials and services for employees working under cover where there is only minimal exposure to inclement weather. When required, perform emergency and safety work. In addition, work on unexpected breakdowns, which can be corrected in limited time duration. Should a portion of the project be affected by wet weather, all other employees not so affected shall continue working in accordance with award conditions, regardless that some employees may be entitled to cease work due to wet weather. If a halt to productive work occurs due to inclement weather, the parties agree that employees may be relocated to other unaffected sites. Where the above steps are not possible, affected employees may be required to attend tool box meetings, work planning sessions or skills development activities, all of which will count as productive time for payment purposes.
Horizontal Movement The Board encourages all unit members to improve their skills through advanced training and, as an inducement thereto, provides extra compensation for those who do so successfully. The Board delegates to the Superintendent the responsibility for assuring that unit members comply with the following regulations when claiming credit for advanced studies.
