System Enhancements State Street will provide to the Fund any enhancements to the System developed by State Street and made a part of the System; provided that State Street offer the Fund reasonable training on the enhancement. Charges for system enhancements shall be as provided in the Fee Schedule. State Street retains the right to charge for related systems or products that may be developed and separately made available for use other than through the System.
Updates Each Affected Person agrees that if any form or certification it previously delivered pursuant to this Section 5.03 expires or becomes obsolete or inaccurate in any respect, it shall update such form or certification or promptly notify the Borrower and the Administrative Agent in writing of its legal inability to do so.
Enhancements No Enhancement shall be provided in respect of any Series of Notes, nor will any Enhancement Provider have any rights hereunder, as third-party beneficiary or otherwise, unless the Servicer has provided its prior written consent to such Enhancement, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
Commercialization Reports After the First Commercial Sale of a Licensed Product anywhere in the Territory, LICENSEE shall submit to Cornell semi-annual reports on or before each February 28 and August 31 of each year. Schedule Updates Borrower shall, in the event of any information in the Schedule 3.19, Schedule 5.14, Schedule 9.2(b) or Schedule 9.2(d) becoming outdated, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, deliver to Agent, together with the next quarterly Compliance Certificate required to be delivered under this Agreement after such event a proposed update to such Schedule correcting all outdated, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information.

Upgrades The Software includes all updates or supplements to the Software and this Section 19 applies to all such updates or supplements, unless the BNPP Entities provide other terms along with the update or supplement.
Programming Seller shall not make any material changes in the broadcast hours or in the percentages of types of programming broadcast by the Station, or make any other material change in the Station's programming policies, except such changes as in the good faith judgment of the Seller are required by the public interest.
Servicer's Capabilities The Servicer's collection staff must be sufficiently skilled in financial counseling and mortgage servicing techniques to assist a Borrower to bring his Mortgage Loan current and to protect his equity and credit rating, while at the same time protecting the interests of the Trustee and of the Master Servicer.
