Common use of Rozhodné právo Clause in Contracts

Rozhodné právo. A. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. B. The Contractual Parties undertake to settle any possible differences or disputes resulting from this Agreement preferably in an amicable manner. Should an amicable solution not be attainable, any conceivable disputes resulting from this Agreement shall be resolved by ordinary courts of the Czech Republic.

The Contractual Parties undertake to settle any possible differences or disputes resulting from this Agreement preferably in an amicable manner. Should an amicable solution not be attainable, any conceivable disputes resulting from this Agreement shall be resolved before materially and locally by ordinary courts of the Czech Republic.

Rozhodné právo. A. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, with the exclusion of its back reference and collision norms. B. The Contractual Parties undertake to settle any possible differences or disputes resulting from this Agreement preferably in an amicable manner. Should an amicable solution not be attainable, any conceivable disputes resulting from this Agreement shall be resolved by ordinary courts of the Czech Republic.

In case of any discrepancies between the Czech and English language version of this Agreement, the Czech language version shall be considered decisive.

The Contractual Parties undertake to settle any possible differences or disputes resulting from this Agreement preferably in an amicable manner. Should an amicable solution not be attainable, any conceivable disputes resulting from this Agreement shall be resolved by ordinary courts of the Czech Republic. C. This Agreement is executed in three (3) copies in Czech and English language. In case of disaccord between the Czech and English version of this Agreement the Czech language version prevails.
