RTA not obliged to use Updates. The RTA is not obliged to accept or use any Updates or New Releases. If the RTA elects not to accept an Update of Software within 3 months of it being made available, the Supplier is not liable for any loss the RTA suffers as a result of a Defect in respect of that Software, which is remedied by the Update unless the Update would not perform in accordance with the applicable Scope of Work or Performance Criteria or is not compatible with the Product then in use.

  • LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE The Company may provide You with certain information as a result of Your use of the Website or Services. Such information may include, but is not limited to, documentation, data, or information developed by the Company, and other materials which may assist in Your use of the Website or Services ("Company Materials").
