Rules and Regulations vs. Contract. The City and the Association agree that the applicable departmental Rules and Regulations do not change or delete the Articles of this contract. The Department Chief shall be responsible for providing peace officers with current copies of Rules and Regulations, Policies and Procedures, Civil Service Ordinances, and other Department manuals which affect the peace officer.
