Receiving Grievances. Association Officers may receive and discuss, but not solicit, complaints and grievances of employees on the premises and time of the City. Such time spent shall not interfere with the work and duties for the City of either the Association officers or the employees. Association officers and the employee or employees involved in a grievance, hearing or investigation may be granted time off for meetings with the approval of the department Chief or designee. Such meetings shall be set at a time mutually agreeable with the City and the Association.

  • Employee Grievances 3.2(a) Grievances on behalf of employees shall be handled as follows:
