RULES GOVERNING THIS AGREEMENT. 24.1 Conformity to Law If any provision of this Agreement is declared illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction or by legislative act, then such provision shall not be applicable to be performed or enforced and shall be deleted from this Agreement. Conformity to Law The parties recognize that the Board and Federation are subject to all applicable laws in the event any court or authority with jurisdiction finds any provision contained in this Agreement to be in violation or contradiction of law; such provision shall become void and each and every other provision of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Further, the Board agrees that said policies shall be amended to conform to the provisions of this Agreement.
