RULES, REGULATIONS AND APPLICABLE LAW. Both Landlord and Tenant agree to comply with applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and Homeowners’ Association rules and regulations concerning the premises. Xxxxxx agrees to supervise Xxxxxx’s family, guests and invitees to insure their compliance with these rules, regulations, and laws. Tenant shall be responsible for any actions of Xxxxxx’s family, guests and invitees who violate this Agreement or Landlord’s rules or regulations, pursuant to A.R.S. § 33-1368(G). Tenant is responsible for any fines or penalties assessed by any governing body as a result of Tenant’s violation of any of these rules, regulations, and laws. Landlord may cure the violation at the expense of the Tenant if violation is not cured after receiving 48-hours written notice from Landlord. Xxxxxx also agrees to pay a fine of $25.00 to Landlord for each violation received from the HOA or City for administration. The Tenant has either received a copy of any rules, regulations, and laws concerning the premises, or has made an independent investigation of the applicability of such rules, regulations and laws as to the Tenant’s use of the premises. If the state, county, municipal or other governmental bodies adopt new ordinances, rules or other legal provisions affecting this Agreement, the Landlord may make immediate amendments to bring this Agreement into compliance with the law. In such event, the Landlord agrees to give Xxxxxx written notice that this Agreement has been amended and shall provide a brief description of the amendment and the effective date.   • Rules, Regulations and Policies Employee shall abide by and comply with all of the rules, regulations, and policies of Employer, including without limitation Employer's policy of strict adherence to, and compliance with, any and all requirements of the banking, securities, and antitrust laws and regulations.

  • Compliance with Applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations The Dealer Manager represents to the Company that (a) it is a member of FINRA in good standing, and (b) it and its employees and representatives who will perform services hereunder have all required licenses and registrations to act under this Agreement.   • APPLICABLE RULES AND REGULATIONS The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared.
