Running Lunch. W.11 Employees eligible for a lunch break who are regularly required by the Employer to work during such lunch break shall have such time considered part of their regularly scheduled work hours for that day.

Running Lunch. W.7 List A Employees, who are eligible for a sixty (60) minute lunch break may be required by the Employer to remain on site and/or work during such lunch break, and shall be paid for such time. Such Employees shall be offered running lunch duty on a rotating basis, by room. Should none of the available Employees accept the running lunch duty, it shall be assigned to the most junior staff on that sixty (60) minute lunch break.

  • Standard Work Day The standard work day for non-shift employees shall be seven (7) hours exclusive of the meal period.

  • INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Weekend Work (a) Overtime work on Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of time and a half (1.5) for the first two (2) hours and double time thereafter, provided that all overtime worked after 12 noon on Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of double time.

  • Non-Refundable In the event that the fare purchased by the Passenger does not allow refunds, the ticket may be turned into a credit to be used as a payment method for future purchases for up to one year from the ticket’s original date of issuance. According to the conditions of the purchased fare or regulations established by the authorities of each country.

  • Duty Free Lunch Whenever practicable, classroom teachers shall receive a duty-free lunch of 20 minutes and other employees in the unit shall receive 30 minutes.

  • Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.

  • Work Week and Work Day (a) (Applicable to full-time employees only) The normal or standard work week shall be an average of thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours, with a normal or standard work day of seven and one-half (7½) hours except in those Hospitals where agreements already provide a standard or normal work week of less than thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week and seven and one-half (7½) hours per day. (Those Hospitals with the lesser required hours shall reflect in the salary rates a pro-rata lesser amount compared with salaries for other Hospitals based on the ratio that the standard or normal hours of work at the Hospital concerned are to thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours and shall appropriately reflect such hours in this Article). The length of time over which the hours of work per week are to be averaged shall be determined locally and shall be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix.

  • Work Day and Work Week (A) The normal hours of work for all full-time employees shall be thirty-five (35) hours per week, or seventy (70) hours per two consecutive weeks. All employees are entitled to thirty-two (32) consecutive hours free from work each week, unless overtime rates are paid, as per Article 29.02.
