SaaS XXXX for Users. Customer represents and warrants that all Users have been duly authorized by Customer to access and use the SaaS Services and place Orders for the SaaS Services on behalf of Customer. Customer agrees to comply with the SaaS End User License Agreement (“SaaS XXXX”), which is available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and to cause all Users to agree to and comply with the then-current version of the SaaS XXXX prior to accessing and using the SaaS Services. For clarity, the SaaS XXXX is subject to change at the discretion of Grass Valley from time to time. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the SaaS XXXX, this Agreement shall govern, control and prevail. Customer will also be responsible for Users’ compliance with this Agreement.

Advanced Channel Partner agrees to comply with the SaaS End User License Agreement (“SaaS XXXX”), which is available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and to cause all Users to agree to and comply with the then-current version of the SaaS XXXX prior to accessing and using the SaaS Services. For clarity, the SaaS XXXX is subject to change at the discretion of Grass Valley from time to time. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the SaaS XXXX, this Agreement shall govern, control and prevail.   • Other Users If required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or if the Parties mutually agree, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, to allow one or more Parties to use the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, or any part thereof, Interconnection Customer will be entitled to compensation for the capital expenses it incurred in connection with the Interconnection Facilities based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually-agreed upon methodology. In addition, cost responsibility for ongoing costs, including operation and maintenance costs associated with the Interconnection Facilities, will be allocated between Interconnection Customer and any non-Party users based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually agreed upon methodology. If the issue of such compensation or allocation cannot be resolved through such negotiations, it shall be submitted to Dispute Resolution pursuant to Section 12 of the Tariff.

  • Usage for Voice Mail Message Service 6.1.2 Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Unbundled Voice Xxxx - XX0 (XXX-XX0). Loops are 2-wire loop start circuits, will be non-designed, and will not have remote access test points. OC will be offered as a chargeable option on XX0 Xxxxx when reuse of existing facilities has been requested by NewPhone, however, OC is always required on UCLs that involve the reuse of facilities that are currently providing service. NewPhone may also order OC-TS when a specified conversion time is requested. OC-TS is a chargeable option for any coordinated order and is billed in addition to the OC charge. An Engineering Information (EI) document can be ordered as a chargeable option. The EI document provides Loop Make-Up information which is similar to the information normally provided in a Design Layout Record (DLR). Upon issuance of a non-coordinated order in the service order system, XX0 Xxxxx will be activated on the due date in the same manner and time frames that BellSouth normally activates POTS-type Loops for its customers.

  • XXX Hosting 10.1 XXX Hosting is not required for resale in the BellSouth region.

  • Specific Restrictions on Use of Licensed Materials Unauthorized Use. Licensee shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to use the Licensed Materials.

  • Malicious Use of Orphan Glue Records Registry Operator shall take action to remove orphan glue records (as defined at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/committees/security/sac048.pdf) when provided with evidence in written form that such records are present in connection with malicious conduct.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • End User An “End User” is you, an individual or entity, which receives the Models from Licensee or Authorized Licensee User pursuant to this End User Agreement to use in the regular course of your affairs, but not for resale, modification, distribution or exploitation by third parties without AnyLogic’s prior written consent.
