SaaS XXXX for Users. Customer represents and warrants that all Users have been duly authorized by Customer to access and use the SaaS Services and place Orders for the SaaS Services on behalf of Customer. Customer agrees to comply with the SaaS End User License Agreement (“SaaS XXXX”), which is available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and to cause all Users to agree to and comply with the then-current version of the SaaS XXXX prior to accessing and using the SaaS Services. For clarity, the SaaS XXXX is subject to change at the discretion of Grass Valley from time to time. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the SaaS XXXX, this Agreement shall govern, control and prevail. Customer will also be responsible for Userscompliance with this Agreement.

Advanced Channel Partner agrees to comply with the SaaS End User License Agreement (“SaaS XXXX”), which is available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and to cause all Users to agree to and comply with the then-current version of the SaaS XXXX prior to accessing and using the SaaS Services. For clarity, the SaaS XXXX is subject to change at the discretion of Grass Valley from time to time. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the SaaS XXXX, this Agreement shall govern, control and prevail. Advanced Channel Partner will also be responsible for Userscompliance with this Agreement.

  • License to Customer Vendor grants to Customer, a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free license, solely for the Customer’s internal business purposes, to use, copy, modify, display, perform (by any means), transmit and prepare derivative works of any Vendor IP embodied in or delivered to Customer in conjunction with the Work Product. The foregoing license includes the right to sublicense third parties, solely for the purpose of engaging such third parties to assist or carryout Customer’s internal business use of the Work Product. Except for the preceding license, all rights in Vendor IP remain in Vendor.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Customer Care a) Contractor shall comply with the applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and provide culturally competent customer service to all Covered California Enrollees in accordance with the applicable provisions of 45 C.F.R. § 155.205 and § 155.210, which refer to consumer assistance tools and the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate information and related products. b) Contractor shall comply with HIPAA rules and other laws, rules and regulations respecting privacy and security.

Any employees failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. (b) Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.
