Common use of Safe Equipment Clause in Contracts

Safe Equipment. The Employer will furnish and will maintain in good working condition the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies and equipment required for employees to safely carry out their duties. Employees are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the Employer.
