Incentive Recognition Awards. Members who are rated as Level II or Level III in all phases of the PFT will be eligible to receive and wear the following awards:
Incentive Recognition Awards. Members who meet or exceed the Xxxxxx Institute Standard (40th percentile) in all phases of the PFT will be eligible to receive and wear the Physical Fitness Award Uniform Ribbon. Members receiving the incentive awards set forth above shall be eligible to wear said awards until the member fails to participate in the program the following year, or fails to meet the standards in all phases during the PFT in the following year.
