Incentive Recognition Awards. Members who meet or exceed the Xxxxxx Institute Standard (40th percentile) in all phases of the PFT will be eligible to receive and wear the Physical Fitness Award Uniform Ribbon. Members receiving the incentive awards set forth above shall be eligible to wear said awards until the member fails to participate in the program the following year, or fails to meet the standards in all phases during the PFT in the following year.   • Exclusive Recognition The Employer will not meet and negotiate with any other labor or employee organization or employee(s), concerning the terms and conditions of employment for supervisors covered by this Agreement. The Employer will not assist or otherwise encourage any other employee organizations which seek to bargain for supervisors covered by this Agreement.

  • Equity Awards “Equity Awards” will mean Executive’s outstanding stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock units, performance shares, performance stock units and any other Company equity compensation awards.

  • Performance Measures The System Agency will monitor the Grantee’s performance of the requirements in Attachment A and compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).
