Safe Equipment. In accordance with applicable federal and state laws, it shall be the responsibility of the City to provide safe equipment for the employees. Any concerns regarding safe equipment brought to the attention of the Chief or the Chief’s designee by the Chapter shall be investigated and if warranted, rectified as considered appropriate by the City.
