Safe Routes To Schools. Stanford shall construct or fund a total of up to five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) in capital improvements for Safe Routes to Schools projects, as provided in this Paragraph 5. Safe Routes To Schools. Consultant shall review the “Safe Routes to Schools” plans completed by the City and incorporate them into the TSP pedestrian and bicycle plans, In addition, Consultant shall identify potential alternative connective routes, facility enhancements, and crossing treatments that would improve student safety when walking or biking to school.
