Safety Complaints—Responsibility of the Commissioner. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section A, when a safety complaint is made by the Association to the Office of the Commissioner, the Commissioner shall promptly designate a representative to investigate and to attempt to resolve the problem. The Commissioner shall promptly notify the Association of the results of the investigation and of all attempts to resolve the problem.
