Safety Equipment and Clothing. The Company shall provide at no cost to employees any equipment, clothing or footwear which is necessary for use by any employee for reasons of occupational health or safety. It shall be the responsibility of the Company to maintain these items in good repair or to replace them. These items shall remain the property of the Company.
