Company Seniority Sample Clauses

Company SeniorityAn employee's total accumulated time of employment with the Company which has not been interrupted by a continuous period in excess of six (6) months.
Company Seniority. Other than as set out in Article 2.02 above, seniority shall be based on length of continuous employment with the Company.
Company Seniority. Company seniority is defined as the length of an employee’s unbroken service with the Company since the date of employment or reemployment, whichever is later. Company seniority shall apply for the purposes of determining vacation and paid absence allowance credit eligibility.
Company Seniority. Company seniority will consist of an employee’s continuous service with CSI since his/her most recent assignment as a bargaining unit employee, including continuous service commencing with a predecessor company, and will not be broken except as provided in this article.

If the employee’s employment is terminated (voluntarily or involuntarily), and they are rehired, Company seniority is defined as the employee’s most recent date of hire with Great Canadian. Company seniority of each regular employee covered by this agreement will be established after the employee has successfully completed the probationary period after which an employee’s Company Seniority shall be backdated to the employee’s hire date. In the event that two or more employees are hired on the same day, the employee who has the lowest employee number will be granted the higher Company Seniority.
Company Seniority. It is agreed and understood that for those employees working or dispatched to work at and from the Company's main area(s) of operation, i.e. Head Office, Warehouse, Principal Shop, Permanent Plant, etc. seniority will prevail. Seniority is defined as last employee hired, first employee laid off, and subject to his qualifications which shall be established by his driver's licence and/or ability. Any employee subject to a layoff through a reduction of the work force shall have the right to recall for a period of six (6) months from date of layoff. (Clause not applicable to Dependent Contractors.)
Company Seniority. Other than as set out in Article above, seniority shall be based on length of continuous employment with the Company. Seniority shall be effective only after an employee has completed a probationary period of thirty (30) days worked. Seniority shall be computed from date of most recent full-time employment, except for part-time employees hired full-time who may be eligible for seniority credit as set out in Article Seniority shall be considered broken and services terminated if an employee:
