Safety Equipment, Appliances and Clothing. (a) The Employer shall supply, at no cost to the employees, such equipment, appliances and/or clothing as deemed necessary and reasonable to ensure the occupational health and safety of employees. Such items provided by the Employer shall remain the property of the Employer and shall be returned to the Employer on termination of employment. (b) In addition to the above, the Employer if required under occupational safety and health, to provide safety footwear will pay to each employee affected up to one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) per year. To be eligible for such allowance an employee must provide the Employer with an acceptable receipt of purchase for such safety footwear.
