Safety Equipment, Clothing and Devices. The District agrees to furnish all necessary safety equipment and protective clothing required to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all of its employees. The District and all bargaining unit members agree to comply with all applicable safety statutes, practices, policies, and procedures.
