Common use of Safety Footwear Allowance Clause in Contracts

Safety Footwear Allowance. 54.1 Upon presentation of a receipt, The City of Red Deer will reimburse those employees who are required to wear safety footwear. The reimbursement towards the cost of CSA approved safety footwear will be $125.00 once per year for non-permanent employees and $175.00 maximum per year for permanent employees.

The reimbursement towards the cost of CSA approved safety footwear will be one-hundred fifty dollars ($125.00 150.00) once per year for non-permanent employees and two-hundred dollars ($175.00 200.00), maximum per year for permanent employees. Non-permanent employees with 4160 hours will be entitled to receive the same entitlement as the permanent employees.
