Safety Rules and Regulations. The Employer shall carry out its obligations as set forth in applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations to provide a safe and healthy work environment for its Bargaining Unit Employees. The Employer shall be responsible for enforcement of such rules and regulations and of its own safety rules and regulations.
