Sailing Shorthanded. (a) The Employer and Employees will ensure that Vessels sailing to sea (or continue operating in the case of a drilling Vessel) are not delayed by crew shortage and all Vessels will sail shorthanded, provided that the proper safety and welfare of the crew is not jeopardised.
