Common use of Salaries and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Salaries and Benefits. 20.01 The salary schedule, negotiated in accordance with Article 19, shall include three ranks: assistant professor, associate professor and professor. 20.02 Salaries shall be paid monthly in arrears. 20.03.1 Benefit programs, as negotiated from time to time in accordance with Article 19, shall be administered with the advice and decisions of the Benefits Joint Management Committee.
