Common use of Salaries and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Salaries and Benefits. ‌ 20.01 The salary schedule, negotiated in accordance with Article 19, shall include four ranks. 20.02 Salaries shall be paid monthly in arrears. 20.03.1 Benefit programs, as negotiated from time to time in accordance with Article 19, shall be administered in accordance with the advice and decisions of the Benefits Joint Management Committee.
