SALARIES AND CLASSIFICATIONS. 22.01 Salaries in present classifications are set forth in Appendix "A" and remain in effect for the duration of this Agreement. 22.02 During the term of this agreement should the Employer create any new position within the jurisdiction of the bargaining unit which does not fall within the categories contained in Appendix “A”, the appropriate rate of pay for such position shall be discussed by the Employer and the Union. If the parties are unable to agree on the rate of pay for the job in question, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the grievance and arbitration provisions of this agreement.
