Salaries of all categories of Professors of Practice who become members of the collective bargaining unit will be regulated under Article 17. Initial salary levels and subsequent salary increases for all categories of Professors of Practice, before they become members of the collective bargaining unit, are recommended by the Xxxx to the Xxxxxxx and are based upon the University’s budgetary resources, market considerations, years of service, and levels of meritorious service. Initial salary levels and subsequent salary increases require the Xxxxxxx’x approval.
