SALARY AND HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE. 6.1 The employee's annual salary, based on fulltime (100%), at the time of concluding the contract is €580,000.00 gross per year including holiday allowance of 8%. The monthly gross salary will amount to € 44,753.09.
SALARY AND HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE. 4.1 Upon conclusion of this Employment Contract, the Director’s salary shall amount to 135,000 euro gross per annum based on a full 40-hour work week, to be paid no later than on the final day of every month.
SALARY AND HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE. 6.1 Upon the conclusion of the Contract, the salary is EUR 11.000,= gross per month.
SALARY AND HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE. 4.1 The Executive shall receive a base salary of EUR 495,000 gross per annum (which is considered to include holiday allowance) (the “Base Salary”), to be paid in twelve equal monthly instalments payable on the last day of every calendar month.
SALARY AND HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE. 3.1. The Employee shall be entitled to a gross monthly salary of EUR 31,441.67. Payment will be made by bank transfer to the Employee's bank account as specified by the Employee to the Employer.
SALARY AND HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE. 3. 1 The Director shall receive a base salary of US Dollar 1,400,000 gross (the Base Salary) payable in Euros (EUR), converted at an exchange rate equal to the average of the daily US$:EUR spot exchange rates published by the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank) on each business day beginning thirty (30) days prior to the applicable payment date and ending as of the business day immediately prior to such payment date.
SALARY AND HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE. 4.1 Upon taking up employment, the gross monthly base salary of the Employee shall amount to EUR 27,073.84 and shall be subject to adjustment by the Board of Directors of Kadant Inc. Employee remains responsible for timely advising any changes in bank account details. By signing this employment agreement, the Employee agrees to being provided by the Employer with a digital pay slip.
SALARY AND HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE. 3.1 Upon the conclusion of the Agreement, the salary is EUR 180,000 gross per year, to be paid in twelve monthly installments at the end of each month. The Managing Director cannot claim entitlement to any payment related to holiday allowance on top of this.
SALARY AND HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE. 4.1 The Employee shall receive a salary of EUR 185.000,-gross per annum. This salary is to be paid in 12 equal instalments at the end of each month. Every year, in April, the Employer shall review whether an increase in the base salary is appropriate in view of an increase in the expenses of living or otherwise.
SALARY AND HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE. 3.1 The Employee's gross base annual salary shall amount to NLG 150.000,-- ("Gross Salary"). The Gross Salary shall be paid monthly in twelve equal instalments of NLG 12.500,-- gross.
