COMMENCEMENT AND TERM OF SERVICE. This Agreement shall become effective upon execution by authorized representatives of TDS TELECOM and Reseller as of the date stated above and shall have an initial term of one (1) year provided that either Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement with or without cause on sixty (60) days notice. This Agreement shall renew automatically for successive one (l) year periods, unless terminated as above. The Reseller agrees to have its end-user customers provide full and unrestricted access to the premises of Reseller's end-user customers for any installation, maintenance and repair services to be provided by TDS TELECOM under this Agreement.
