Commencement, Term and Notice. 1.1. This Agreement replaces and supersedes the Prior Employment Contract and is entered into for an indefinite period of time starting on the Effective Date (the ‘Employment Term’).
1.2. This Agreement may be terminated by either party with due observance of the statutory notice period. Notice may be given in writing only.
1.3. This Agreement will end in any event without notice being required at the end of the month in which Employee reaches the pensionable age under the applicable pension agreement or under the General Old Age Pensions Act (‘Algemene Ouderdomswet’), whichever occurs first.
1.4. Any and all references to the Dutch Civil Code in this Agreement shall refer to the official, Dutch language version of the statute.

Commencement, Term and Notice. 2.1 The Employment Agreement will commence on 1 August 2011 and is entered into for an indefinite period of time. Notice may be given only in writing.
2.2 The Executive and the Employer may terminate the Employment Agreement with due observance of a notice period of one (1) month and the Employer may terminate the Employment Agreement with due observance of notice period of two (2) months.
2.3 The Employment Agreement will end in any event without notice being required at the end of the month in which the Executive reaches the pensionable age set by the Government, currently 65.

2. Without prejudice to any termination grounds set forth under law, the Employee may terminate the employment contract with due observance of a notice period of two (2) months, and the Employer may terminate the employment contract with due observance of notice period of four (4) months.
3. The employment will end in any event without notice being required at the end of the month in which the Employee reaches the age at which he is entitled to Dutch old age pension in the meaning of the General old Age Pension Act (“Algemene Ouderdoms Wet”).
4. At the date of termination of this employment contract, the Employee shall – in as far still required – resign or accept his resignation from his position as statutory director of the Employer.
Commencement, Term and Notice. 1.1 This Agreement is entered into with effect from 3 June 2024 (the “Start Date”) for an indefinite period of time.
1.2 The Executive is employed by the Company under the condition subsequent (onder de ontbindende voorwaarde) that the necessary permits to work and reside in the Netherlands have been obtained ultimately within one (1) year from the date of signing of this Agreement (the “Long Stop Date”) meaning that this Agreement will end automatically as per the Long Stop Date if the condition subsequent is not fulfilled at that time. The Parties will take all necessary actions to obtain the required permits on the basis whereof the Executive can work and reside in the Netherlands as soon as possible after the Start Date.
1.3 If after the Long Stop Date as included in clause 1.2, a situation arises in which the Executive is no longer allowed to work and reside in the Netherlands, this Agreement will end automatically (onder ontbindende voorwaarde) as per the date of the decision by the relevant institution resulting in a revocation of relevant permits. In the event objection or appeal (bezwaar of beroep) is filed against such decision, if during the objection or appeal, the relevant permits to work and reside in the Netherlands is not affected, the Agreement will not automatically end until the date that the Executive is no longer allowed to to work and reside in the Netherlands.
1.4 This Agreement may be prematurely terminated by either party as per the last day of any calendar month, observing a notice period of three months for the Executive and six months for the Company.
1.5 At the termination of this Agreement or suspension, the Executive shall voluntarily resign from the statutory position(s) held by him within the Company or any affiliated company.
1.6 The employment will end in any event without notice being required on the last day of the month in which the Executive will be entitled to receive his state pension (AOW gerechtigde leeftijd).
Commencement, Term and Notice. 1.1 This employment agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into with effect from Tuesday 10 December 2019 (the “Start Date”) for a definite period of 12 months and it will therefore terminate by operation of law without prior written notice being required on 10 December 2020.
1.2 This Agreement may be prematurely terminated by either party as per the last day of any calendar month, observing the legal statutory notice period.
1.3 At the termination of this Agreement or suspension, the Executive shall voluntarily resign from the statutory position(s) held by him within the Company or any affiliated company.
1.4 The employment will end in any event without notice being required on the last day of the month in which the Executive will be entitled to receive his state pension (AOW gerechtigde leeftijd).
Commencement, Term and Notice. The employment agreement runs for an indefinite period of time and will last until either party validly terminates the employment agreement. It shall end automatically on the first day of the calendar month following that in which the Deputy Managing Director reaches the pension-entitlement age. Each party may terminate this employment agreement by giving notice before the end of a calendar month, subject to a notice period of three months for the Deputy Managing Director and 6 months for the Company. Notice may be given only in writing. This agreement will be terminated with immediate effect in the event that the Managing Director Agreement between the Deputy Managing Director and QIAGEN GmbH, Hilden, is terminated.
