Salary Distribution Description for the 2020-2021 School Year A. EVALUATION = $2,000 (increase attributed to movement on the salary placement schedule as described above in Section 3) B. MEETING ACADEMIC NEEDS OF STUDENTS = Teachers meeting the academic needs definition may receive an additional base salary increase ranging between $1,375 and $1,750 as agreed by the parties during bargaining. The minimum possible base salary increase that may be received by an eligible teacher for the 2020-2021 school year is $2,000, and the maximum possible base salary increase that may be received by an eligible teacher for the 2020-2021 school year is $3,750. No column changes are permitted in this compensation model.2 2 Teachers newly attaining a content area master’s degree during the contract term will be compensated through the supplemental payment statute in IC 20-28-9-1.5(a). EVALUATION = $875 B. EXPERIENCE = $875 Teachers who were earning a base salary at Level U in the 2018-2019 school year who meet the general eligibility criteria and the factors set forth above will also receive a base salary increase in the 2019-2020 school year of $1,750 (with $875 being attributable to evaluation and $875 for experience). No more than 50% of this total salary increase is attributable to the teacher earning an additional year of experience.   • Adjustment of Minimum Quarterly Distribution and Target Distribution Levels (a) The Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution, Third Target Distribution, Common Unit Arrearages and Cumulative Common Unit Arrearages shall be proportionately adjusted in the event of any distribution, combination or subdivision (whether effected by a distribution payable in Units or otherwise) of Units or other Partnership Securities in accordance with Section 5.10. In the event of a distribution of Available Cash that is deemed to be from Capital Surplus, the then applicable Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, shall be adjusted proportionately downward to equal the product obtained by multiplying the otherwise applicable Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, as the case may be, by a fraction of which the numerator is the Unrecovered Capital of the Common Units immediately after giving effect to such distribution and of which the denominator is the Unrecovered Capital of the Common Units immediately prior to giving effect to such distribution. (b) The Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, shall also be subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 6.9.

  • What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.

  • Primary Distribution Discount Notes shall be issued and settled through the Fed Book-Entry System in same-day funds and shall be held by designated Fed Participants. After initial issue, all Discount Notes shall continue to be held by such Fed Participants in the Fed Book-Entry System unless arrangements are made for the transfer thereof to other Fed Participants. Discount Notes shall not be exchangeable for definitive Discount Notes.

  • Salary Deductions Salaried employees (E-level classifications) who are permanently assigned to full-time job classifications are paid on a bi-weekly salary basis. Salaried employees are paid a bi-weekly salary based on a minimum of two (2) forty (40) hour workweeks. The bi-weekly salary received by salaried employees will not be reduced regardless of the number of hours the salaried employee actually works in any week in which the salaried employee performs any work except for the following deductions: (A) Deductions from a salaried employee's salary may be made for any workweek in which the salaried employee performs no work. (B) Deductions from a salaried employee's salary may be made when the employee absents himself from work for a full day or days for personal reasons, other than sickness or accident. This provision shall not prevent appropriate deductions from being made from any employee's vacation leave balance pursuant to Article 11 of this Agreement for absences of less than a day for personal reasons, other than sickness or accident. (C) Deductions from an employee's salary may be made when a salaried employee absents himself from work for a day (or days) for sickness or accident disability in accordance with the provisions of Articles 13 and 14 of this Agreement. (D) Deduction in a salaried employee's salary may be made for the initial or terminal week of the salaried employee if the salaried employee fails to work the entire workweek.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains the existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation. 2. If the employee chooses to vacate the position or does not meet the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the layoff procedure specified in Article 31 of this Agreement applies.

  • Contribution Allocation The Advisory Committee will allocate deferral contributions, matching contributions, qualified nonelective contributions and nonelective contributions in accordance with Section 14.06 and the elections under this Adoption Agreement Section 3.04. PART I. [OPTIONS (a) THROUGH (d)].

  • Maximum Contribution The total amount you may contribute to an IRA for any taxable year cannot exceed the lesser of 100 percent of your compensation or $6,000 for 2019 and 2020, with possible cost- of-living adjustments each year thereafter. If you also maintain a Xxxx XXX (i.e., an IRA subject to the limits of Internal Revenue Code Section (IRC Sec.) 408A), the maximum contribution to your Traditional IRAs is reduced by any contributions you make to your Xxxx IRAs. Your total annual contribution to all Traditional IRAs and Xxxx IRAs cannot exceed the lesser of the dollar amounts described above or 100 percent of your compensation.

  • Early Distribution Penalty Tax If you receive a Traditional IRA distribution or a nonqualified Xxxx XXX distribution before you attain age 59½, an additional early distribution penalty tax of 10 percent generally will apply to the taxable amount of the distribution unless one of the following exceptions apply.

  • Are There Penalties for Early Distribution from a Xxxx XXX As indicated above, earnings on your contributions, as well as amounts contributed to a Xxxx XXX as a rollover from a Traditional IRA, that are distributed before certain events are subject to various taxes. Please see IRS Publication 590 for further information about Xxxx XXX rules and restrictions.

  • Distribution Assistance Fees (Asset-Based Sales Charge) Within ten (10) days of the end of each month or at such other period as deemed appropriate by the Distributor, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of up to 0.75% on an annual basis of the average during the month of the aggregate net asset value of Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the “Asset-Based Sales Charge”) outstanding until such Shares are redeemed or converted to another class of shares of the Fund, provided, however, that a majority of the Independent Trustees may, but are not obligated to, set a time period (the “Fund Maximum Holding Period”) from time to time for such payments. Such Asset-Based Sales Charge payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing distribution assistance in connection with the sale of Shares. The distribution assistance to be rendered by the Distributor in connection with the Shares may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: (i) paying sales commissions to any broker, dealer, bank or other person or entity that sells Shares, and/or paying such persons “Advance Service Fee Payments” (as defined below) in advance of, and/or in amounts greater than, the amount provided for in Section 3(b) of this Agreement; (ii) paying compensation to and expenses of personnel of the Distributor who support distribution of Shares by Recipients; (iii) obtaining financing or providing such financing from its own resources, or from an affiliate, for the interest and other borrowing costs of the Distributor's unreimbursed expenses incurred in rendering distribution assistance and administrative support services to the Fund; and (iv) paying other direct distribution costs, including without limitation the costs of sales literature, advertising and prospectuses (other than those prospectuses furnished to current holders of the Fund's shares ("Shareholders")) and state "blue sky" registration expenses.
