SALARY FOR NEW POSITIONS. Where the Parties agree or the Labour Relations Board decides that a new position is included within the unit, a salary grouping for the position will be discussed. If the Parties cannot agree within five (5) days of the decision that the new position is included within the unit, on a salary grouping applicable to the position, the University may establish a salary group for it temporarily and the grievance procedure shall apply and the issue may proceed to final and binding arbitration if necessary.
