Salary Increment Process. (a) For Faculty Members/Professional Librarians subject to biennial evaluation, the procedures provided in Article 21.04 will be followed every second year. The performance rating awarded to a Faculty Member/Professional Librarian on each of the three (3) criteria, according to Article 21.04.4, will remain the same in each year until the next evaluation.
