Common use of Salary Maximum Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Salary Maximum Guidelines. The Contractor shall not exceed Authority-approved Salary Guidelines for any employees or positions (as provided in the Contractor’s Annual Budget Submission), and shall not add positions, change titles or exceed Authorized Headcounts without prior, written approval by the Authority.
