Salary Review While on Leave of Absence. The salary of an employee who is on leave of absence from a CCCERA position on any anniversary date and who has not been absent from the position on leave without pay more than six (6) months during the preceding year, shall be reviewed on the anniversary date. Employees on military leave shall receive salary increments that may accrue to them during the period of military leave.
