Sales and Solicitations Clause Samples

The Sales and Solicitations clause regulates the circumstances under which parties may engage in selling products or services or soliciting business within a particular context, such as at an event, within an organization, or on certain premises. Typically, this clause outlines whether sales activities are permitted, any restrictions on solicitation (such as prohibiting direct approaches to clients or employees), and may require prior written consent for such activities. Its core practical function is to prevent unwanted or disruptive sales tactics, protect the interests of the host or organization, and ensure that all commercial activities are conducted in an orderly and authorized manner.
