Common use of Sanitary Drains Clause in Contracts

Sanitary Drains. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the Airports Authority’s Sanitary Discharge Permit applicable to the Premises. The Airports Authority shall provide Contractor with a copy of the Airports Authority’s Sanitary Discharge Permit and shall give Contractor reasonable notice prior to any revisions to the Airports Authority’s Sanitary Discharge Permit that will impact Contractor’s operations, in order to allow Contractor to comment on same prior to issuance of a revised Sanitary Discharge Permit.
