SANITARY FACILITIES, ETC. (a) The Employer agrees to maintain clean, sanitary washrooms having hot and cold running water and proper hand cleanser and towels in sufficient quantity, with toilet facilities, and employees shall observe the simple rules of cleanliness and good housekeeping in these facilities.
(b) Clothes closets or lockers of a suitable size for the protection of employees' clothes and personal belongings shall also be provided.
(c) The Warehouse and Office shall be adequately heated and ventilated.
SANITARY FACILITIES, ETC. 25.01 The Employer agrees to maintain clean, sanitary washrooms, having hot and cold running water and hand cleanser and towels in sufficient quantity, with toilet facilities, and employees shall observe the simple rules of cleanliness and good housekeeping in these facilities.
25.02 Clothes closets or lockers of a suitable size for the protection of employees' clothes and personal belongings.
25.03 The office shall be adequately heated and ventilated and lighted.
SANITARY FACILITIES, ETC. (a) Sanitary facilities shall be provided by the Employer in accordance with the British Columbia Factories Act and the regulations to said Act. Employees will cooperate by observing the simple rules of cleanliness.
(b) Clothes closets or lockers for the protection of employees' clothes and personal belongings will also be provided.
SANITARY FACILITIES, ETC. The Company agrees to maintain at its place of business adequate clean, sanitary toilet facilities, lunchrooms and washrooms having hot and cold running water with proper ventilation. It shall be the responsibility of the employees to use all facilities carefully, considerately, without unnecessary damage and dirtiness. The Company shall provide first aid-provisions in accordance with the Workers' Compensation Act.

(b) Clothes closets or lockers of a suitable size for the protection of co-workers' clothes and personal belongings shall also be provided. Locks to be supplied by the Employer. Co-worker to be present except in the case of an emergency when lockers are opened by Management.
(c) The Warehouse and Office shall be adequately heated and ventilated in accordance with government regulations.

SANITARY FACILITIES, ETC. (a) The Company agrees to maintain adequate clean sanitary lunchrooms and washrooms having hot and cold running water and with toilet facilities.
(b) The employee will be responsible for the use of these facilities and are responsible for keeping said areas in a clean and sanitary state.
(c) Management will also participate in maintaining the areas in a clean and sanitary state, when used by Management.
(d) Employees will be responsible for the daily cleaning of their work areas, which includes removal of all food stuffs, personal items or miscellaneous rubbish from the space prior to their departing at the end of the shift.

(b) The Employer will provide equipment adequate to maintain the shop temperature at 18 degrees Celsius. Employees shall not be required to perform outside repair work in temperatures below -29 degrees Celsius, unless adequate protection from the climatic conditions and some form of heat is provided.

Employees shall observe the simple rules of cleanliness and good housekeeping in these facilities. The Company further agrees to provide lockers of suitable size for the protection of employees' clothes and personal belongings.
