Sanitary Sewers. a) Sanitary sewers of a size approved by the Director shall be installed on all streets and easements, etc., as required to adequately service the Plan and adjacent contributory areas. Sewers shall be installed complete with manholes and connected to an adequate outlet as indicated on engineering plans prepared by the Engineer and approved by the City as indicated in Schedule “A-1” and set out on Schedule "D" attached hereto.
