MAINTENANCE PERIODS. The Developer, at its sole cost and expense, shall maintain the following Infrastructure for the following minimum time periods following the acknowledgement of the relevant Construction Completion Certificate, or until the acknowledgement of the relevant Final Acceptance Certificate, whichever is later:
MAINTENANCE PERIODS. Service Provider’s responsibilities include:
1. Establish and document periods for maintenance in the Service Management Manual, understanding that there will be at least 29 separate maintenance periods initially for individual DIR Customers in addition to maintenance periods established for the Consolidated Data Centers.
1.1. Establish periods for routine and regular maintenance for all Equipment and Services under Service Provider management.
1.2. Establish specific periods for Enterprise maintenance effecting multiple organizations (e.g. shared infrastructure).
1.3. Establish processes for scheduling and getting approval of other maintenance (e.g. urgent but non-emergency).
1.4. Establish processes for coordinating and planning maintenance periods with other Service Component Provider(s) and Third Party Vendors as appropriate.
1.5. Establish communications plans to support maintenance and appropriately inform other Service Component Provider(s), DIR, DIR Customers and Third Party Vendors.
2. Regularly communicate and re-communicate the established maintenance periods with DIR and DIR Customers, and as necessary communicate any time maintenance periods are revised.
3. Perform maintenance during regular Maintenance Periods as defined in the Service Management Manual, or as scheduled in advance with the approval of DIR or DIR Customers.
4. Validate that systems will be unavailable during maintenance windows only to the extent necessary for systems maintenance purposes.
5. Provide at appropriate notice to DIR and DIR Customers of the maintenance to be performed during scheduled maintenance windows, based on the categorized risk of the Change and as specified in the Service Management Manual.
6. Change scheduled maintenance windows at DIR’s or DIR Customer’s request and upon reasonable notice.
7. Schedule Outages for maintenance, expansions, and modifications during hours that meet DIR’s and DIR Customers’ business needs.
8. Stagger maintenance as appropriate to accomplish all work across all DIR Customers within the establish time-frames and based on the categorized risk of the Change.
9. Allow DIR and DIR Customer, at any time at its discretion, to specify “freeze” periods during which Service Provider and Third Party Vendors will not make any Changes.

MAINTENANCE PERIODS. A customer may specify, subject to conditions below set by the Company, up to 20 on-peak days during a year as maintenance days. In addition standby daily demands on the day after Thanksgiving and on-peak days occurring during the period from December 24 through January 1 will be priced at the maintenance day rate specified above. A maintenance day is a calendar 24-hour day.
MAINTENANCE PERIODS. The maintenance weeks for the Condominium Unit for each calendar year shall be the week commencing at 10:01 a.m. on the 48th Sunday of each year and ending at 3:59 p.m. on the 49th Sunday of each year.
MAINTENANCE PERIODS. Maintenance periods are excluded from the Service Availability Guarantee. Maintenance of the Workbooks CRM Service is required from time-to-time to ensure the continued reliability of the Service. Scheduled maintenance will occur every Saturday between 03:00 and 09:00 GMT. Additional maintenance periods may be scheduled from time to time and the Customer will be notified at least 2 days in advance. Workbooks aims to conduct maintenance in the evening and at weekends to minimise the impact on Customers.
MAINTENANCE PERIODS a) The Developer shall maintain each of the various local improvements for the following minimum periods from the dates shown on the Construction Completion Certificates until the issuance of the Final Acceptance Certificates: i. two (2) year for all underground Local Improvements; and,
MAINTENANCE PERIODS. Supplier’s responsibilities include the following:
1. Perform routine maintenance of Systems for which Supplier is responsible during regular periods scheduled in advance and approved by Company.
2. Publish to Company an approved annual maintenance window schedule for the upcoming year that will be published by January 1st.
3. Provide at least thirty (30) days prior notice to Company of the maintenance to be performed during scheduled maintenance windows.
4. Change scheduled maintenance windows at Company’s request and upon reasonable notice. 5. Schedule Outages for maintenance, expansions, and modifications during hours that meet Company’s business needs.
MAINTENANCE PERIODS. The Company will schedule at least one (1) maintenance period per year. This will be referred to as the Winter maintenance period and will occur between the Christmas and New Year Statutory holidays. Maintenance periods will be considered vacation time for all Employees not scheduled to work, except maintenance staff and cleaning volunteers. In order to meet maintenance requirements, the company may, at its sole discretion, schedule additional maintenance periods at any or all of its plants. Additional maintenance periods will be scheduled on a plant by plant basis and not necessary occur simultaneously company wide. Employees may opt to take the maintenance periods as general leave except maintenance staff and cleaning volunteers. Winter Maintenance Period:
MAINTENANCE PERIODS a. Blackbaud will use commercially reasonable efforts to conduct Scheduled Maintenance and Special Maintenance afterhours or other times that Blackbaud determines in its reasonable discretion are not critical use periods for the majority of its clients.
MAINTENANCE PERIODS. .1 The maintenance period for each Municipal Improvement shall be the period shown in Table 1 appended at the end of this Part. The maintenance period shall start from the date of the issuance of the applicable CCC, and shall continue until the Final Acceptance Certificate for such Municipal Improvement is issued by the Engineer.
.2 The Developer shall maintain the wet pond for a minimum period of five years following issuance of the Construction Completion Certificate for construction of the wet pond. The maintenance period will be extended until all roadways and lanes are constructed within the detention pond major/minor catchment area. The catchment area is illustrated on the drawing included in Appendix C.
.3 The Developer shall harvest weeds, remove sediment from the stormwater treatment units, cleanup debris, repair edge treatment, and perform other maintenance procedures identified by The City prior to the expiry of the maintenance period and the issuance of the Final Acceptance Certificate. After that time, The City’s Environmental Services Department will take over maintenance.
