  • Termination of Designation of Convalescent Care Beds (a) Notwithstanding section 6.3, the provisions in this section 6.5 apply to the termination of a designation of convalescent care Beds.

  • Small Business Preference Commitment This section is applicable if Contractor received a small business preference in connection with this Agreement. Contractor’s failure to meet the small business commitment set forth in its bid or proposal constitutes a breach of this Agreement. Contractor must within sixty (60) days of receiving final payment under this Agreement report to the JBE the actual percentage of small/micro business participation that was achieved. If Contractor is a nonprofit veteran service agency (“NVSA”), Contractor must employ veterans receiving services from the NVSA for not less than 75 percent of the person-hours of direct labor required for the production of goods and the provision of services performed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Ohio Preference The Recipient shall, to the extent practicable, use and shall cause all of its Contractors and subcontractors to use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in connection with the Project pursuant to Section 164.05(A)(6) of the Revised Code;

  • NASPO ValuePoint eMarket Center a. In July 2011, NASPO ValuePoint entered into a multi-year agreement with SciQuest, Inc. whereby SciQuest will provide certain electronic catalog hosting and management services to enable eligible NASPO ValuePoint’s customers to access a central online website to view and/or shop the goods and services available from existing NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Contracts.
