Satisfaction of Option Conditions. 4.1 Following the date of this Agreement, the Developer shall seek to obtain all Requisite Consents (to TfL's satisfaction in relation to matters that affect the operation of the Railway Undertaking or Railway Assets and Premises) in order to bring the Development Site to a stage at which the Development is ready to be implemented.
