Common use of Saturday and Sunday Differential Clause in Contracts

Saturday and Sunday Differential. A Saturday and Sunday differential of two dollars and fifty-five cents ($2.55) per hour shall be paid for each hour worked by an employee between the hours of 0001 Saturday and 2400 hours Sunday. If an employee qualifies for both differentials under (a) and (b) above, he/she shall receive both.
