Saturday Premium. b) Employees scheduled to work Saturday as part of their regular shift and who are not eligible for overtime or holiday premium under the other provisions of this Agreement, shall receive a premium for all work performed on Saturday of eight dollars and thirty cents ($8.30) per hour.
