SAVINGS PROVISIONS. 8.1 If any provisions of this Agreement are held to be contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction and/or ruling by the Public Employment Relations Board, such provisions will be deemed invalid and subsisting except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions will continue in full force and effect.
