Scanner. A Product whose primary function is to convert paper or hard copy originals into electronic images that can be stored, edited, converted, or transmitted.
Scanner. The Scanner must be a model that Navigant has approved for use with Remote Deposit. Member has three options for obtaining a Scanner: (1) Member may use a Scanner provided by Navigant for a monthly fee to be determined by Navigant and disclosed on the Business Fee Schedule; (2) Member may purchase at its sole cost and expense a Scanner from a vendor selected or approved by Navigant; or (3) Member may use its own XXXXX-compliant Scanner. Most Scanner software supports the XXXXX specification, but not all. Member may consult the Scanner manufacturer’s guide, user manual or website about XXXXX support for Member’s Scanner.
Scanner. For purposes of this Specification, a scanner is defined as an electro-optical device for converting colour or black-and-white information into electronic images that can be stored, edited, converted, or transmitted primarily in a personal computing environment. Scanners defined as such are typically used for digitizing hard-copy images. The intent of this Specification is to focus on widely-used desktop scanners (e.g., flatbed, sheet-fed, and film scanners); however, high-end office document management scanners that meet the specifications outlined below may qualify for the Energy Star logo. This Specification is for stand-alone scanners; it does not cover multifunction products with scanning capabilities, network scanners (i.e., scanners that connect exclusively to a network and are capable of man- aging the scanned information for transmissions to multiple locations on the network), or scanners that are not pow- ered directly by the building power supply.
Scanner. A commercially-available imaging product that functions as an electro- optical device for converting information into electronic images that can be stored, edited, converted, or transmitted, primarily in a personal computing environment. Scanner. On or before the Closing Date, the Borrowers shall (i) establish a scanner system with KeyBank, and (ii) promptly scan and deposit all items of payment received by the Borrowers into the Cash Concentration Account.

The design imparts motion to the probe, with fully programmable 3 axis movement and positioning capability anywhere within its range. Scanner. If Licensee is ordering a Scanner, the TAP Order will include one (1) Microarray Scanner (the "LP-2") which is a developmental prototype DNA scanner that uses two lasers to rapidly read microarrays. Additional LP-2's may be ordered at the discounted price as Agilent may offer and set out in Exhibit "A", pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the TAP Order. Upon its commercial availability, each ordered LP-2 shall be exchanged for the commercial released version (the "MR-2") of the LP-2 DNA Scanner.
